Evaluation
Training Program Evaluation
All programs provided by Continuing Education Office are evaluated to ensure improve the quality of programs that are offered and to ensure achieving the satisfaction for a wide range of clients who are interested in our programs. We have developed a four-level evaluation process intended to strengthen the assessment of the impact of our work. These four levels are :
Level 1: Reaction i.e. participants reaction to training/ courses measured through a standard feedback form in which we assess reaction/ satisfaction of the learners with our performance on a number of key areas, including learning outcomes, pre-course experience, quality and technical content effectiveness of trainer, facilities and administration.
Level 2: Learning This is assessed by reference to how effective the learning has been in terms of end of course exams, or course work assessment through assignment prepared after the event.
Level 3: Post-training work behavior: what impact the training has had on the learners behavior and attitude at work. This can assessed through survey and interviews with the learners/ managers.
Level 4: Result/ outcomes of the training and development: For example is the work of a manager or supervisor now more effecetive in terms of the work output.
