    • For students who are expected to attend classes on campus, please note the following:
      • Please arrive early enough before their classes and exams to avoid any delays as a result of special measures and precautions inside buildings and in front of classrooms or exam halls.
      • Students who are enrolled in courses that require on campus attendance, and in case they have an online class immediately before or after their on campus class, are recommended to bring their personal laptops or tablets and earphones to be ready and make the utmost benefit of the hybrid model.
      • The decision to attend classes on campus excludes some categories of students )as determined by the Ministry of Public Health) who are most at risk of contracting COVID-19 and its complications (students with chronic diseases and pregnant women) until the state announces their possible return and any related procedures, taking into account the following points:
        • The student is exempted from attending classes on campus after filling the online exemption from attending classes on campus and attaching health certificates proving his/her health status to the designated committee in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. • This category of students may have different evaluation methods as determined by the course instructor. Some assessments may require the student to be on campus with appropriate precautions in place.
