Request for Exceptional Students Physical Attendance on Campus

In complying with The Higher Committee for Health and Safety decision and in line with the Office of the President announcement to move to distance learning for students and suspend all physical attendance,

it is mandatory to get pre-approval for exceptional students physical attendance on campus by filling the Request for Exceptional attendance for students on Campus form and sending it to the Health and Safety Section (HSS@qu.edu.qa).

Important Note: The form should be filled by the instructor or concerned Dean’s office staff only (please do not send it to students) and obtain the Dean’s signature before sending it to the Health and Safety Section.
