General Program Information
The degree offered will be a Bachelor of Education in Special Education (B.Ed. Special Education). The program will include 120 credit hours. In addition to 33 credit hours as Core Curriculum Courses, the major will consist of a combination of core Education courses common to the B.Ed. in Primary Education and the B.Ed. in Secondary Education, core Special Education courses common to the three concentrations in the B.Ed. in Special Education, and courses specific to each concentration. The B.Ed. in Special Education Program will be hosted by the Department of Psychological Sciences in the College of Education.
