Elkhatat is PhD qualified and experienced in the entire spectrum of activities associated with chemical engineering's academic position, with a track record of patents and peer-reviewed publications in pedagogy and chemical engineering. He is active in teaching, lab safety, and infrastructure management to accommodate multiple needs and the Department's broader functioning.
