| Brief Description |
Qatalum, a joint venture between QP and Hydro (Norway) will soon start a plant to produce aluminum, a commodity in high demand worldwide. Qatalum will need skilled engineers to join its workforce and hence the logical reason to partner with Qatar University, Chemical Engineering, to contribute to the education and training of such graduate engineers. Other collaboration opportunities include environmental research such carbon dioxide capture and storage and student internships in Qatar and abroad. |
