IAESTE
IAESTE is the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience. It is a not-for-profit organization, which operates in around 88 countries worldwide. IAESTE trainees are well-qualified, highly motivated students, and are annually selected in accordance with employers' needs from a global pool of applicants. Qatar University is now proud to be a station in this worldwide network. The QU Student Exchange Section works to arrange social programs for trainees, as well as looking after all logistical matters, such as insurance and visa applications. At the meantime, the available fields of internships are in engineering and science majors.
The aims of IAESTE are:
