Description of Service

This service allows Qatar University Students, Faculty and Staff to access online databases, e-journals and e-books from the library website. These subscribedresources are searchable in a variety of ways, such as title, author, subject, and keyword.Also it offers limited full text.

 Accessing  QU Library e-Resources

Any member can access the e-Resources using the Qatar University Library website. Authentication usually relies on QU IP ranges that are registered as belonging to Qatar University campuses. Users coming from a campus IP address are allowed access to the database but those using computers with a different IP number are refused access.This restricts access to users on campus only.

Off-Campus Access

Access to many of the resources on the QU library website is restricted to currently registered students, faculty and staff. When accessing a library resource from outside the university students, staff and faculty are prompted to enter their QU email username and password to gain access.

        2. Select an e-resource.
        3. Insert QU email username and password as follow.
