- Qatar University has recently applied a new Assets Tracking System. This Asset Tracking System is managed by the Business Operations Department through its Asset Tracking Unit. All the assets in the university are now tagged with special barcodes. Hence, please read carefully the following:
1. Do not remove the barcode tag under any circumstances
2. Do not transfer an asset from one location to another without reporting this transfer to the Asset Tracking Unit in the Business Operations Department.

- The BOD is no longer performing communications related work (i.e.; telephone systems, faxes, networks ... etc.). All communications related work should be directed to the ITS department. You can contact the them through the their helpdesk at: helpdesk@qu.edu.qa
