Branding & Creative Services Section
The Section takes the burden of maintaining the University’s visual identity including the following tasks:
- Implement all required designs at Qatar University in line with the approved visual identity.
- Support the University's reputation and strengthen its communication with the external and internal communities through the design and production of a full range of high quality digital publications and designs
- Supervise, contribute, complete and produce all designs issued by the university and its colleges and departments,
- Prepare and design both printed and digital advertising materials in accordance with the approved design regulations of Qatar University for all colleges and departments
- Contribute to the preparation, design and preparation of national and public meetings and events organized by University’s constituents
- Monitor and follow up on any publications issued by the University that bear the official logo to preserve the visual identity of the Institution.
- Produce a variety of different materials from advertising brochures, print and video materials for the benefit of the various Colleges, and departments as well as advertisements for Qatar University published locally and internationally.
- Prepare and design University publications and achievements to market the University in international conferences and forums
- Picture and videotape QU activities and events and document the presence of important figures attending such events and occasions.
- Copy and distribute films for various events.
- Record the title, history, name of captured films and pictures and their respective photographer or owner on the Internet in a special daily record and save it into a special archive.
- Prepare a comprehensive log of video films, and photographs of all the activities organized by the Institution
