- A comfortable room for two students fully furnished to meet the needs of the students, equipped with beds, wardrobe, desks, chairs, covers, carpet and A/Cs etc..
- Three meals are provided , breakfast, dinner and supper, all meals take into accountnutritional need and diversity of meals in a well established restaurant equipped with all devices and equipments regarding such service.
- Buses to transport the students from the university housing to the university and vise verse during the day according to the dates and schedules identified to be appropriate with the students lectures and numbers.
- Laundry service:- by automatic washing machines and driers placed in certain places allocated for such purpose.
- Three TV rooms equipped with TVs, receivers and chairs etc..
- A library consists of different types of books.
- Computer lab. Includes many computer devices and internet service.
- Wireless network in all apartments with internet service in students rooms.
- A large hall includes a range of sports and recreational facilities.
- Gymnasium hall equipped with different equipments.
- A large hall for students' cultural activities (lectures, symposiums and competitions) equipped with tables and chairs.

- Clearance of the medical commission and fingerprint and blood group transactions.
- Reception of the new students at the airport.
- Medical care through medical centers in the state and HMC.
- Periodical comprehensive maintenance for all facilities of the building of the students' housing.
- Daily cleaning of all public facilities at the housing and the students' rooms in case the student called for the labor>
- Provide covered parkings for the students' cars
- Availability of security man 24 hours>
- Organize a group of sports, cultural, social and technical activities and trips and visits.
