    About the Lecture: The Center for Law and Development is pleased to support the activities of the Human Rights Club of the College of Law (Qatar University). On the 1st of the November 2017, the Human Rights Club is launching a new talk series entitled: “Twenty-Four Hours in the Life of A Human Rights Practitioner”. The inaugural lecture will be delivered (in Arabic) by First Lieutenant Abdul Latif Alali, Investigation Officer, Complaints and Investigations Section, Human Rights Department, Ministry of Interior, State of Qatar.
