POSITIONS CURRENTLY OPEN 1. Professor (Asst/Assoc) - Clinical Pharmacy and Practice (2 positions) These are full-time professorial positions in the clinical pharmacy and practice specialty with a cross-appointment to a health care delivery organization within Qatar. As for all professorial positions within the college, these positions are responsible for scholarly activity, teaching and academic service. Professional services to the partnering organization is also expected. Qatar University will be the primary employer and these positions are candidates for academic promotion in accordance with university policy. The ideal candidates will also possess post-PharmD residency training qualifications. The successful applicants will have had at least two years of clinical experience in a relevant clinical specialty with documented accomplishments in teaching, research and service at a level expected for a professorial position within the clinical pharmacy and practice section of the college. Applicants should possess a doctoral degree (PhD in a Pharmaceutical Sciences); have demonstrated expertise in the relevant area of specialization and a track record of scholarly activities. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain an active research program, coordinate courses and participate in the training and supervision of our students, in accordance with our academic bylaws.
