The deadline for application to the scholarship is 31 Jan (every year), the selected students informed officially by April.

Courses started in September each year. They run for two semesters the duration of each is approximately four months. The student may join the program for one semester or take three semesters. The student will be awarded a certificate after successfully completing the program requirements.
