Mission
Provide analytical and technical support and consultancy to serve efficiently the research activities and testing needs. Also, optimize and upgrade the practical performance of technical staff and students and provide hand on experience on using the analytical instruments in Qatar University.
Activities
- Serve and support the research activities of the University (researches conducted by faculties and students projects).
- Meet the analytical/testing needs of government and private sectors, organization, industry and individual customers in the State of Qatar.
- Provide training for students and other technical staff in Qatar University and other government and private sectors.
- Provide technical supports and consultancy.
- Cooperate with academic, research-related and scientific organizations to share and exchange technical expertise.
- Establish, document, implement, and maintain a strict laboratory quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO17025.
