General Guidelines
- All participating students must be enrolled in QU
- There should be at least 4 members for each country, including the head of the booth and the team members.
- Number of team members participating in setting each booth should not exceed 15.
- Each team should present a general view of the events and activities offered by them.
- Each team should specify the category of their membership ( A booth to introduce their country – Folklore Show – Fashion Show – Other Events).
- Participants should not exceed space assigned for each booth.
- Do not write on the walls of the booth.
- Do not abuse electrical equipment, and do not plug any wires without the help of technical specialist.
- Respect closing and opening times of event.
- Do not use strong stickers that may be hard to remove or leave residue.
- Team members participating in setting each booth should not exceed 15.
- Team members should not exceed 4 members during the activities of the village within each booth.
- Maintain the volume of audio equipment within the allowed limits.
- Code & Conduct at QU apply to all participants, staff, or guests during the event.
- Keep the booth and its surroundings clean and tidy.
- Make sure of the safety and hygiene of the food and beverages served to the guests.
- Do not use any unofficial logos or pictures that violate the university regulations.
- Empty all items from booths on March 1st, 2012.
- Participation in Folklore performance is only allowed for those who attended previous activity training and rehearsed in from of the organizer committee.
Note:
- Failure to comply with the prior stated guidelines might result in measures taken by the organizing committee to stop, or entirely remove the violating team without prior warning.
- The village booths will be subject to observation and evaluation by a special committee.
