Admission Department at Qatar University announces admission requirements for colleges for the upcoming semester. Admission Application will be available and applicants must achieve a minimum GPA in High School Certificate as outlined in  the table below .

Students will be directly admitted to the general program of the designated college. At a later stage, majors will be determined based on college admission capacity and student  competition based on the set criteria  of each program.

Admission is extremely competitive and satisfying the minimum high school requirements in this section does not guarantee admission into the intended college or major. Minimum admission requirements vary by semester according to the strength of the applicant pool and the available capacity within each college and major. Students admitted into the Foundation Program are required to complete all Foundation requirements before they can be considered for admission into their intended major.

Please be aware that Qatar University mandates that all applicants to Colleges that have Foundation Program requirements must complete the ACCUPLACER test before they can register for classes. For additional information on the ACCUPLACER, please visit the Foundation Program website, or email fpstudent@qu.edu.qa, or call (+974 ) 4403-5328 / 5325 / 5310 / 5323 / 5324 / 5327. Failure to take this test will prevent the student from registering for Foundation Program classes.
