A student may transfer from a specialization to another within the same college, provided that the credit hours obtained by him do not exceed 60 and that conditions of admission to the specialization to which he is transferred are met, approval of his academic advisor and specialized department heads, and accredited by the College Assistant Dean for Students Affairs and Director of Admissions.

Courses already studied are credited to the student transferred from one specialization to another with the same grades awarded to him.

Only one chance to transfer from one specialization to another is given to the student during his university study.

A student cannot be allowed to be transferred if he is on the list of academic warning (annulment of registration).

A student may transfer to a specialization admission to which the required secondary education average was not obtained by him, if he meets the following conditions:

The student should have at least 30 credit hours with an average not lower than 2.50/4.00.

The student should not have exceeded 60 credit hours for Morning Program students.

The student should have completely passed the Foundation Year or be totally exempted from it on the basis of rules of exemptions or his completion of the Foundation Year in the specialization to which he intends to transfer.

The student should meet the conditions for transfer to the Department to which he will be transferred and obtain its agreement on the transfer. The Department from which he is transferred should also be informed about his transfer.

Parallel Program students may transfer to Morning Program specializations, if they meet the above conditions and if the specialization to which the student is transferred is not included in the Parallel Program.
