Rules and abbreviations:
- All exams shall be conducted in class rooms in which instruction has taken place. Faculty must book classroom in coordination with Schedules Section.
- In case of large number of students, the exam shall be conducted in the same fashion on in which Test one and two were done, or course instructor may book one or more adjacent classrooms in coordination with Schedules Section. Such exam venues must be announced to students two weeks prior to exam date.
- The following abbreviations shall mean days of the week: (Sat),(Sun),(Mon),(Tue),(Wed),(Thu).
- Exams of practical courses shall take place at the time and venue of classes, during the last week of instruction before the date on which written exam shall be conducted.
- In the event that a course is taught on (Monday and Wednesday) and any other day, final exam shall take place on the specified time ( Monday, Wednesday ) .
- Changes for timing of the exam resulting from combining several groups of the same course, should be in accordance with the following criteria:
- Having an approval of the respective department.
- Total number of students at all group should be 60 or more
- Groups of male students will not be added to female ones.
- Finding suitable timing for all students at all groups is the responsibility of the respective department; thus proposed new timing by the respective department will be considered as a suitable one.
- Common exams shall take place on Saturday 25/05/2013 or Saturday 01/06/2013. The college is responsible for communicating the date and time to the students.
- The schedules section will send colleges the dates, times, and rooms of their final exams three weeks after the beginning of classes, based on table 1 below. Requests to change in the final examination date, time, or room must adhere to the above mentioned rules and will be studied by the schedules section.
- Foundation final exams will be handled and scheduled by the Foundation Program.
