CCQ Cross Registration
According to the Cross-Registration cooperation agreement (PDF) between Qatar University and Community College of Qatar (CCQ), you may enroll at both QU and CCQ at once and take courses that are required to earn an AA, AS or Baccalaureate degree in CCQ.
The Rules and Conditions Governing the Registration of Qatar University
- Students in courses in conjunction with the CCQ must meet the admission requirements and academic policies of both Qatar University and The CCQ.
- The student must complete an electronic application to register a course simultaneously at the CCQ through the SSB banner.
- If approved, you will receive an email to a student on his e-mail at Qatar University.
- The total number of hours recorded at both Qatar University and CCQ in one semester (Concurrently) must not exceed the total hours specified as a student's school burden and allow the student to register based on his or her GPA and academic performance as the courses will not be equalized if the student exceeds the burden allowed.
- The student must have completed the pre-requisite of the course he wishes to study, and no course will be counted if the student is not passing the previous requirement.
- The student is allowed to register at the CCQ only four times during his university studies.
- Once the semester is finished, the student will bring the original and documented degree certificate for the courses he passed at the CCQ to the registration section of the Registration Department...
Required documents may be submitted in-person to the Registration Section after you recieve an e-mail with the service is open for submission to the following locations:
- Male: Male Activity Building (B02) first floor.
- Female: Admission and Enrollment Building (C12), Ground floor.
