Enrollment Verification
You may request a "certificate of enrollment" from the Registration Department which formally states your enrollment situation from being regular, leave of absence, or whether you withdraw from a semester. It may also include your final examination dates at Qatar University if requested. The letter can be collected from the Admission and Registration Building. There are two types of this letter:
- INSTATE enrolment verification: which can be collected after 24 working hours from the date of the request.
- OUTSTATE enrolment verification: which can be collected after 48 working hours from the date of the request.
Newly admitted students, can request enrolment verification letter and can receive it only after the end of add/drop period.
All current students can request enrollment verifications through the myBanner System as follows:
- Log in to myBanner Self-Service.
- Select the “Student Registration and Records” tab
- Select the “Registration” link
- Select the “Request Enrollment Verification”
- Select a term, type of verification and the number of copies.
- Continue to the submission page and click “Submit Request”
- Come in person to the Admission and Registration Building to pick up your documents.
Status of Enrollment Verification Requests
You may check the status of your enrollment verification request through the myBanner system. Repeat steps 1-3 shown above and then:
- Select the “Status of Enrollment Verification Requests” link
- Select the date of your request from the drop-down box; then click [Submit].
- The status report will appear.
