Coordinator Complaint Guide
- Go to myBanner self-service , click Enter Secure Area and enter your QUID and password
- Go to QU Services link then Student Complaint System as shown below.
- Click on Review and Update Complaint.
- Please fill in the required fields as provided by the Complaint Coordinator, and click Get Complaint Details.
- The page below illustrates the details of the complaint, you should type your updates, then click Save.
- An email will be sent to the student, once the compliant status is changed.
- Once the complaint status is closed, you cannot add or edit any details. If you try to login, the screen below will appear.
