No, (Accepted Applications) will not be canceled unless the supervisor asks to cancel the student employee’s application.
The e-mail is to inform you that your (Pending Application) for the previous semester has been canceled, accordingly you need to renew your employment application by applying through the Student Employment System.
If the student is interested in working with more than one department during the current semester, then she/he must apply for (Pending Application). This will enable the departments to recruit him/her.
No, they do not need to get the supervisor approval by the beginning of each semester if s/he still has the (Accepted Application).

The registration period for the Student Employment Program starts at the begin in each semester for one month.
The student cannot work in more than two jobs concurrently.
The student must have completed and passed at least 24 credit hours and maintained a GPA of 2.5 or above. (Minimum GPA is not required for Students of the Arabic Program for Non-native speakers and students enrolled in Graduate Programs).
Student employee is responsible to complete and submit accurate electronic time-sheet on time through (myBanner).
