The mission of the CLD is to support and enhance the growth and development of law and legal frameworks in Qatar that will help achieve the goals highlighted in Qatar Vision 2030. In order to further this end, the CLD seeks to introduce a Visiting Scholars Fellowship (VSF).
Scope of the proposed VSF
The VSF will be designed to provide a platform for international scholars to progress and complete legal research that is Qatar-centered or has a significant Qatari focus (for example as part of a comparative study).
