    Research Policies and Administrative Initiatives

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    Ensuring compliance with the bylaws, policies, regulations, and procedures within the Research and Innovation Sector, in alignment with the bylaws and established practices of Qatar University.

    Developing, approving, and implementing a unified framework for drafting and developing research-related bylaws, policies, regulations and procedures.

    Improving internal administrative processes by proposing new and effective models that facilitate administrative procedures and enhance service performance.

    Evaluating and assessing the impact of research bylaws, policies, regulations and procedures to improve outcomes and achieve the intended objectives.

    Working closely with decision-makers and engaging stakeholders in matters related to human resources development.

    Building effective partnerships by organizing workshops and training programs for the Qatar University community.

    Designing surveys and feedback tools to measure the satisfaction of users and beneficiaries of the services provided.

    Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and reporting to decision-makers on the quality of services provided in order to enhance overall efficiency.

    Developing plans based on higher management’s vision for the future of the research sector, along with recommendations to support ongoing development in alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030.
