Objectives

• Develop policies and procedures for the placement and supervision of CED students during the field experiences or internship.
• Facilitate the students’ preparation for field experience and internships though an instructional program focusing on the various educational environments.
• Provide support for students to enable them to overcome the difficulties that may face during field experience or internship.
• Encourage the concept of partnership in the preparation of teachers at the College of Education by working cooperatively with the Education Institute and Independent Schools.
• Develop course syllabi and teaching strategies by providing the College of Education with feedback about the field experience and internship programs.
