Description
ITS Department provides hardware setup, configuration and maintenance of new/existing digital signage screen includes wall signage and/or door Booking Signage. Maintaining contents falls under the responsibility of the Communications and Public Relations Department.
Benefits & Features
Digital signage system is linked to existing QU exchange, where any QU employee will be able to reserve meeting rooms through email calendar.

Description:
Classroom Technology services provide integrated system for Staff, faculty and students of Qatar University to enable interactive education. Technology integration is the use of technology resources such as computers, smart devices, digital cameras, social media platforms and networks, the Internet, etc. -- in daily classroom practices.
Benefits & Features:
Enhance a variety of classrooms across campus with built-in audio\visual technologies and smart, friendly graphical user-interface, two laptops inputs, two audio inputs, document camera, HDMI & VGA interfaces, wire and wireless microphones, Lecture capture and video conferencing systems.
Access Request:
Classroom technology service are available for all University users. Additional services and access can be requested by submitting a request to ITS Helpdesk.

- Auditorium AV systems new setup: new setup service can be requested by submitting a request to ITS Helpdesk with dean’s/director’s approval
- Auditorium AV systems support: support service can be requested by submitting a request to ITS Helpdesk

AV support specialists can provide on-site support and operation for the workshop, conference, etc. by submitting a request to the Helpdesk.

Off-campus support services can be requested by submitting a request to ITS Helpdesk.

All University AV devices are subject to approval/disapproval prior to taking out off Campus.
