Receive Admission DecisionApplicants receive an official letter with the admissions decision. Accepted students will receive their QU ID and login information to various QU online resources. |
All graduate (Doctoral, Masters, Diploma, PharmD, and Certificate) applicants to Qatar University are required to submit a QR 350 (non-refundable) application fee as part of their admission application. Admission applications will not be considered complete, and consequently, an admission decision will not be made until the application fee is submitted through the online Admission Application using Visa or Master Cards only.
After receiving an Initial Gradute Admission Decision, you are required to submit:
- Final, official, and certified transcript to check if it matches the original documents.
- Test scores if needed for the program.
- Health Certificate issued in Qatar
Required documents may be submitted in-person to the Admissions Department, according to the specified periods, at the following times and places
- Male: Student Affairs Building (I11) - First Floor, hall number C204, from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm.
- Female: Student Affairs Building (I11) - First Floor, hall number C250, from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 12 pm.
Or mailed in order to complete the admissions procedures at Qatar University.

All applicants who have successfully completed all formal application procedures can follow up on their application status to ensure that all requirements and documents are complete before the admission deadline.
- If the GPA doesn’t meet the requirement, the status will be Decision Made
- If there is any missing requirement, the status will be Incomplete Items; the admission team will contact the applicant to submit the missing requirement by email.
- If your request is fully submitted and the GPA meets the admission requirement the status will be In Progress until the college starts to hold interviews and make the final decisions.

All admitted students will receive a formal admissions letter from Graduate Admissions Section at Qatar University. Shortly after, your graduate program will also provide you with information pertaining to orientation (if offered by your graduate program) academic advising, and registering for courses.
