Fahad Abdulrahman Badar The Mountaineer
Fahad Abdurrahman Badar is a Qatari high-altitude mountaineer known for completing some of the toughest climbs in the world. He became the first Arab to summit both Everest and Lhotse in a single expedition, and later reached the summit of K2 after recovering from a severe frostbite injury that cost him several fingers. His climbs include Broad Peak, Vinson, Ama Dablam, Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn. Fahad also has more than 25 years of experience in banking and currently leads Wholesale Banking at Commercial Bank of Qatar.
