Dr. Abdul Nasser Fakhro | Associate Professor at the College of Education, Qatar University. His work focuses on developing creative programs. He has authored over 50 books and research papers published in both Arabic and English in high-impact journals. |
Dr. Suhaila Ghuloum | Senior Consultant in Psychiatry and a professor at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies and Qatar University, as well as an Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar. She has contributed extensively to national and international mental health initiatives. Her previous roles include Head of Mental Health Services in Qatar, where she played a key role in drafting the Mental Health Law, developing the country's first National Mental Health Strategy, and founding the International Mental Health Conference in Qatar. She has also represented Qatar at the WHO Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office and the GCC Mental Health Council. In addition, she has held executive positions with the Arab Board of Health Specializations and the Arab Federation of Psychiatrists and served as the Middle East Regional Representative for the World Psychiatric Association. |

He holds a PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Stirling and has specialized in Relational and Ericksonian Psychotherapy.
