Students must have
a valid student ID to be eligible for student registration. All students are required to present a student identification onsite; otherwise, they will be asked to register as regular attendees.
No refunds or substitutions allowed.
Kindly note that:
- The registration will close on
March 30th, 2026, and on-site registration will not be available.
- Conference registration includes admission to all sessions (except workshops), poster sessions, certificate of attendance, and coffee breaks and lunch.
- The registration fee is
nonrefundable.
- All participants must wear their badges throughout the two conference days.
