Conference Registration Policies
Please read the following registration policies carefully before proceeding with payment:
There are two types of registration:
- Type 1: Includes CPD points. Fee: 250 QR.
- Type 2: Does not include CPD points. Fee: 150 QR
General conference registration (either Type 1 or Type 2) is required in order to register for workshops.
Workshop registration must be completed separately after general conference registration.
The fee for each workshop is 30 QR.
Workshop registration will close once capacity is reached.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable: Once payment is completed, no refunds or substitutions will be allowed under any circumstances. Please verify your registration details before proceeding with payment.
Payment methods: Payment is accepted via credit card through the designated link. Registration will only be confirmed upon successful payment.
Postponement or cancellation policy: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify or cancel the conference in cases of force majeure. In such events, all registered participants will be contacted with alternative arrangements.
