Transportation Section manages and supervises the services provided in addition to its development in line with the vision of Qatar University and the highest international standards. The transportation fleet has been equipped with many possibilities to suit the needs of the users and ensure safe and easy transportation.

In-Campus Transportation
Transport network design within the university makes it easier for students to access most of the buildings and colleges on campus, with the availability of the waiting stations (Shelters) that adds convenience to the users with no fee. All students are eligible to benefit from this service in all courses, Fall, Spring, and Summer from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

This service allows staff and faculty to transport from the hostel to most of the buildings and colleges around the campus and vice versa, free of charge.

The service allows the students with special needs to transport in a vehicle supported with the modern and latest equipment to ensure the students' safety and helps to access most of the buildings and colleges on the campus without fees.
Working Hours
Service is available in all courses, fall, spring, and summer, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Off-Campus Transportation
This service enables you to use the buses offered by Qatar University through a large fleet of buses that runs on a network of many cities and areas in Qatar. You can view the available areas and the following list of routes, and all female students are eligible to benefit from this service for QR 1000 per course.
Working Hours:
Service is available in Fall, Spring, and Summer courses.
Trips Timmings ( Sun - Thurs) :
-Arrival to Campus: 7:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:45 PM.
-Departure from Campus: 11:15 AM, 2:15 PM, 5:15 PM, and 7:30 PM.
Saturdays Trips Timmings :
-Arrival to Campus: 7:45 AM
-Departure from Campus: 2:15 PM

Transportation Section provides educational and cultural trips, which support and enhance the academic aspect without fees. Requests for the services may be applied by the colleges participating in educational activities directly related to the curriculum.
Working Hours
The service is available in all studying courses, in official time hours.
How to Request
Upload the request form from Talabati by the authorized employee from colleges/departments. The form should be sent to TS@qu.edu.qa at least 2 business days ahead.
