4- Educational Creativity Journey Program
About the Program:
Based on the cooperation agreement between the National Educational Development Center (NEDC) and the Teachers Alumni Association of the College of Education, the Educational Creativity Journey Program was implemented to develop and enhance the skills of the college’s graduates.
This initiative comes as part of ongoing efforts to support teachers and enable them to apply best educational practices within their classrooms.
The program consists of two training levels designed to meet participants’ professional needs and to develop their pedagogical and personal competencies.
Program Objectives:
The program aims to develop the professional and personal competencies of teachers by enabling them to employ modern instructional strategies, effectively integrate technology, and enhance their thinking, planning, and classroom management skills.
It also seeks to foster personal growth through the development of emotional intelligence, stress and time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills — all of which contribute to improving the quality of education and building a stimulating and supportive environment for sustainable learning.
Target Group:
Teachers who are members of the Teachers Alumni Association of the College of Education.
