To be awarded the Doctorate in Clinical Sciences, students must:
Complete a minimum of 60 credit hours within four years of full‑time study, including:
- At least 13 credit hours of major (core) requirements.
- At least 41 credit hours of concentration (specialty) requirements At least 6 credit hours of major elective courses.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 in accordance with Qatar University graduate studies regulations.
- Successfully complete and defend a doctoral research thesis (QHPD899) in a topic relevant to their specialty, under the supervision of QU Health faculty.
- Submit at least one manuscript based on the thesis work to a reputable peer‑reviewed journal (Q1 or Q2 Scopus‑indexed) before graduation.
