Invitation Cards – Main Ceremonies

Distribution After Rehearsals

Invitation cards will be distributed after the ceremony rehearsal at the Sports and Events Complex (A07), Qatar University:

  • Distinguished Female Graduates' Ceremony Rehearsal: Saturday, 2 May, 2026, 9:00 am
  • Male Graduates' Ceremony Rehearsal: Saturday, 2 May, 2026, 12:30 pm

 Distinguished female students will receive invitation cards for both the Distinguished Graduates Ceremony and their College Graduation Ceremony at the same time.
College Ceremonies (for Female Graduates)

Invitation cards will be distributed at: Student Affairs Building (I11) - Ground Floor, University Textbooks Hall, Qatar University.

 Note: Card distribution will be from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Instructions for Receiving Invitation Cards
  • Please present your university or Qatari ID at the time of registration to collect your invitation card.
  • Invitation cards need to be collected in person. No one else can collect them for you.
  • The invitation card is used for entry to the graduation ceremony. Kindly extend invitations to guests in accordance with the number of cards you receive.
  • Immediately upon collection, please verify the cards and confirm the quantities with the staff responsible.
  • Selling invitation cards to others is strictly prohibited.
  • If a graduate is unable to collect his/her invitation card due to an emergency, please contact us for assistance at gci@qu.edu.qa.
