Oral Presentation GuidelinesPresentation Duration: - Each presenter will have 10 minutes for their presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Please ensure your presentation adheres strictly to the allocated time.
Presentation Format: - Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (16:9 format).
- Please upload your PowerPoint presentations by 10th April 2025 using this link. Please name your file as Abstract number_Presenting author name (E.g. 59_Muhammad Hadi)
- If using videos or multimedia, please ensure files are embedded and compatible.
Room Setup: - Each session room will be equipped with a PC, projector and microphone
- A session chair will moderate and assist with timekeeping.
Tips for Presenters: - Use clear, concise slides—avoid text-heavy content.
- Practice your presentation to stay within the time limit.
- Be prepared for audience questions related to your work.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster Size and Orientation: - Posters should be printed in A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm / 33.1 in x 46.8 in).
- Orientation: Portrait (Vertical).
Poster Display: - Posters must be mounted on the assigned boards on the morning of your scheduled day.
- Mounting materials (e.g., push pins or Velcro) will be provided at the venue.
- Posters should be removed by the end of the day. The conference organizers are not responsible for any posters left behind after the scheduled removal time.
Poster Presentation Time: - Presenters are expected to be available at their posters during the dedicated poster viewing sessions to engage with attendees and answer questions.
- Exact time slots will be communicated in advance.
Content Suggestions: - Include the title, authors, and affiliations at the top.
- Use clear headings (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion).
- Ensure visuals (figures, tables, charts) are legible from 1–2 meters away.
- Avoid excessive text; use bullet points where possible.

As part of our efforts to increase visibility and engagement, poster presenters are invited to participate in a Rapid Fire Poster Presentation session during the conference. What is it? A fast-paced session where each presenter will have 1 minute and 1 slide to introduce their poster to the audience. It's a great opportunity to highlight the key message of your research and invite attendees to visit your poster during the viewing session. - Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
