Registration is OPEN!

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with the registration.

There are various categories for registration. We are pleased to provide discounted rates for students as well as citizens of low and lower-middle-income countries as defined by the World Bank. To avail discounted rate, please upload the required documents along with the registration details.

The early bird registration rate ends on the 27^th February 2025 (11:59 PM GMT+3).  You will receive a confirmation email with a payment receipt upon successful registration and payment.

 If your abstract has been accepted for either oral or poster presentation you have to register by 10^th March 2025. If you have not registered by this date, your abstract will be withdrawn and there will be no opportunity to present during the conference.

There is no option to register for online participation.

Staff and Students at Qatar University should register through the ADFS system using their QU credentials. The link to the ADFS system is available on the first page of registration.

The registration fee includes: access to all scientific sessions, pre-conference workshops, welcome and farewell drinks and catering during the day (coffee/tea breaks, lunch buffet).
