The furniture allowance is provided to the faculty member/employee entitled to a Qatar University housing unit if the allocated unit is unfurnished. The amount is based on the job grade and is calculated over a four-year period. The amount is waived after the completion of these four years, in accordance with the procedures approved by the Government Housing and Buildings Affairs.
