    Accommodation Guidelines

    Welcome! We wish you a pleasant stay. In order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, please observe and adhere to the following guidelines and instructions.

    Prohibitions

    • Pets: Bringing or keeping pets or any other animals inside the residential units is strictly prohibited.
    • Gas Appliances: For your safety, the use of gas in all forms—including gas cylinders, gas cooking or heating stoves, or any other gas-operated appliances—is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.

    General Guidelines

    • All residents must fill out a Guest Housing Enrollment Form and sign an undertaking during their stay, committing to comply with all attached terms and instructions issued by the University Housing Department.
    • Please safeguard the apartment keys and facility access items. Do not hand them over to anyone else, and always ensure apartment or room doors are locked upon departure.
    • The resident is fully responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the apartment, including disposing of trash and waste in designated areas.
    • The resident is responsible for providing any extra cleaning supplies, furniture pieces, or additional equipment they may require during their stay.
    • Placing dining chairs or hanging and drying clothes on balconies is strictly prohibited.
    • The University Housing Department is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of any personal belongings or property inside the residential units.
    • Please ensure the use of high-quality, certified electrical extensions and power strip splitters.
    • Remember that water and electricity are precious resources; conserving their consumption reflects resident awareness and environmental culture.
    • Please maintain general peace and quiet, avoiding disturbance to other residents to ensure a tranquil environment for everyone.
    • Residents and their guests must adhere to general moral standards and conduct in appearance, behavior, and interaction with others.
    • Riding bicycles, writing or drawing on walls, or engaging in similar activities inside residential units or corridors is prohibited.​
