Follow the structured process to request and activate AI resources for
your research or innovation project.

Explore available AI Resources

Review available AI resources from our catalog and
determine the specific resources you need.

Review
our “Terms, Conditions and Requirements" page carefully to understand
- Your responsibilities and obligations when using our resources.
- The expected outcomes and reporting requirements associated with their use.

Identify your Team Members

Make sure you list all the team members.

No new team members will be added after the creation of
your project.

Submit your Request and Wait for Approval

Complete the request form with all the information about
your project.

The approval might take several days.

After receiving Approval, Book an Appointment

Book an appointment with AI Innovation Hub team to
finalize the project details.

Appointment requests without approval will be
dismissed.

how to use the resources (e.g., training models or writing code). You are expected to develop these
skills independently. Our role is limited to providing access to the required resources.
